The patented two-piece flange is designed to crimp down and apply tension to the screen as it assembled. Maintaining tension of the screen is essential to maximise production efficiency.
It is designed to allow quick rotation of screens, ideal for operations that requires flexibility across a range of products,
● NW type flange is a two-piece frame/flange design that allows quick removal of the entire frame, allowing the hopper to be cleaned and new frame to be placed for other products.
● Multiple frames can be pre-fitted with screens for minimal interruption to production, ideal if cross contamination is an issue.
● Screen can be replaced from the flange by just 1 person. Flange is designed to further tighten the screen, therefore screen changes can be done in-house, no need for prolonged down time.
