Quick Release Clamp
Quick release clamp replaces one side of the clamp with a handle release, allowing release of the clamp ring without tools. The other side remains a threaded rod for tightening purpose.

Discharge Gate Design
Our patented discharge gate allows control of material discharge rate, without powering down the separator. Gates can also be fully closed during operation, allowing more fine particles to pass through and reduce wastage. The patented discharge gate provides finer control and flexibility to the production process, making it one of the most popular designs offered by Lao Soung Machinery.

LS-450SA Mobile Compact Noiseless Separator
LS-450SA combines the highly efficient separator with a stainless steel or painted carbon steel mobile stand, complete with mounted push button switch.

Multi Deck Series Rotary Brush
Our patented Rotary Brush System for multi-screen separators consists of a brush system and mobile chassis. Rotary brush operates independently to the separator at low rpm. Lumps are broken apart by horizontal scraping motions and vertical crushing motions between the brush and screen. Particles too large to pass through are brushed aside to prevent clogging of the screen, improving efficiency and productivity of easily clustered material.

Multi Deck Separator
Designed for high-capacity, continuous separation, the LS multi deck model is suitable for wet/dry, grading, classification, de-dusting, and quality control. The multi-purpose model is essential to improve quality and safety of production materials, increase productivity, and reduce cost and labour.
