Quick Release Clamp
Quick release clamp replaces one side of the clamp with a handle release, allowing release of the clamp ring without tools. The other side remains a threaded rod for tightening purpose.

High Capacity Design
High capacity design features a modified bottom frame, with an inclined base to promote faster discharge of material, increasing production capacity. Suitable when majority of the particles will pass through the screen.

LS-450SA Mobile Compact Noiseless Separator
LS-450SA combines the highly efficient separator with a stainless steel or painted carbon steel mobile stand, complete with mounted push button switch.

Multi Deck Separator
Designed for high-capacity, continuous separation, the LS multi deck model is suitable for wet/dry, grading, classification, de-dusting, and quality control. The multi-purpose model is essential to improve quality and safety of production materials, increase productivity, and reduce cost and labour. Continuous development along with various available add-ons, makes the LS multi deck model a versatile unit capable of separation up to 6 classes (5 screens).

Raised Rim Inlet
Raised Rim inlet is designed primarily for continuous separation, particularly in wet separation. Inlet port consists of a raised rim welded directly onto the top frame. Raised rim design features a larger inlet port, allowing continuous, high volume feed with ease. The raised rim also prevents splashing in wet applications.

Anti-Binding Device
Commonly known as anti-bind rings/balls. Available in rubber or silicon/polyurethane for food and pharmaceutical industries.
